Locked out, unsure about a lesson, or want to do something with your data? What to do in each case is set out below.
Forgotten your password?
You can reset your password yourself at any time. On the sign-in page press “Forgot your password?” — it takes three steps:
- Enter the email on your account; we send it a link that lasts 30 minutes and works once.
- Open the link and choose a new password of at least 8 characters.
- You are signed straight in, and your other devices are signed out. If two-factor is on, sign in with the new password and your code.
If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you typed the exact email on your account. If you no longer have access to that email, write to us: an academy administrator verifies who you are and issues a one-time temporary password. We will never ask you for your password or your two-factor code in a message — anyone who does is not us.
Other reasons you cannot get in
- Your account is awaiting approval
- Signing up does not activate an account on its own — the academy reviews it first.
- You lost your authenticator
- After checking who you are, an administrator can reset two-factor authentication so you can set it up again on your device.
- Your email has a typo in it
- An administrator can find the account from the full name you registered with and correct the address.
What to have ready
- Your full name as it appears on your account
- The email address on the account
- A short description of what happened and what the screen said
- Your class or teacher, if the question is about lessons
Never send us your password.
About replies
When you write to the academy, it aims to answer within 1 working day, usually sooner. The academy is small and reads every message itself.
That is what we aim for, not a contractual promise.
If you can still sign in
Your own account has two routes to a person at the academy:
- Complaints — you write what happened, it reaches the academy, and you follow its status from the same page: who took it, and what it was closed with.
- Messages — the private thread between you and your teacher, once your class has formed. It is for lessons and homework, not for administrative matters.
And if you cannot sign in, your route is the contact channel at the top of this page.
Your data
Want a copy of your data, a correction, or your account deleted? It is your right, and it is done once your request arrives. The privacy policy explains what we collect, why, and for how long.
